Delivery Policy

Please ensure your enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us undeliverable will incur in a re-despatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Nood Co only delivers to addresses and post office boxes within Australia.

For Deliveries OUTSIDE Australia please email info@noodco.com.au and they will advise shipping costs.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post’s eParcel service, Australian air Express, TNT or Fastway Couriers during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-despatch. Freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.

Even though at Nood Co we take pride in the care we take with packaging all of our Internet and phone orders, sometimes accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Nood Co will provide instructions on how to return goods in appropriate manner. These details can be obtained either by:

Delivery and Lead Times

Delivery times of your nood co product will differ depending on shipping times and the manufacture of some third party product components. Please note nood co aims to hold stock of each product to minimise customer wait times for product delivery. These stock levels will differ based upon the amount of customer orders placed at any given time.  Upon confirmation of your order you will be notified of a despatch time and estimated delivery time. For stocked products ordered within Australia, delivery can be expected within 2 weeks, or in the case of a large order, or one that requires manufacture, as long as 14 weeks.

Time frames and product lead times allocated at the time of purchase are estimates only and may change due to factors beyond our control.

For all international deliveries please contact our PRODUCT CONCEIRGE.  We are closely aligned with a safe, efficient international transport partner. Upon receiving your request we will promptly send you an invoice, followed by payment details and a tracking contact.

You may pay by International credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Full payment before shipping is required.
