The 136-acre property had been on the market for years, and despite its rough appearance, Clare and Cameron Kissell saw the true potential in the land. Since that day they have worked relentlessly to restore it, planting thousands of trees, protecting the existing forest, building a dam and infrastructure to create a true sanctuary in the form of four luxury villas.

The interior design, executed by Studio Situs, harmonises perfectly with the luxurious yet understated aesthetic of the villas.

Aged brass tapware from Faucet Strommen compliments the concrete basins by Nood Co in each villa. Paired with White Square Mosaic tiles and Porcelain Terrazzo floor tiles from Tile Cloud, and stunning brass mirrors from Granite Lane, each element is carefully chosen to enhance the natural beauty and luxury of each suite.

Villa 1 is fully accessible, with accessible tapware in an aged brass finish that is complemented by the Shelf Oval basin in Ivory by Nood Co. Villas 2 and 4 feature the Millie basins, also in Ivory, alongside matching aged brass tapware throughout.
